The Design and Refurbishment of three file storage buildings for the Department for Works and Pensions was completed last month within programme and budget.  McGrath Associates originally undertook detailed surveys of the buildings and produced feasibility reports in early 2006 and were then commissioned to provide full Building Surveying services.  The existing concrete structures were extended and overcladded to provide modern storage facilities.  Before and (almost) after photographs are shown below.
