Our scope of service included a high level survey using a cherry picker, detailed condition report, production of tender documentation and management of the works through to completion. 
The Post Office is Grade II Listed and much loved by the local community. McGrath Associates ensured the works were undertaken sensitively and carefully with the emphasis on repair and restoration. Feedback from the local Conservation Officer and the local community has been very positive with the works completed on time and within budget. Schedule Of Condition – Comet Distribution CentreMcGrath Associates Limited recently completed a Schedule of Condition of the Comet Distribution Centre in Skelmersdale for the specialist retail restructuring company GA Europe. To assist GA Europe with this high pressure restructuring a 24 hour response time from initial enquiry to survey completion was achieved.
